Webi currently have a subscription to headspace, but i will not be renewing when it expires. Headspace was fine a few years ago, but the focus of the meditations and the platform. Webwhat are your thoughts on the headspace app?

Could any of you provide me your own input. Webheadspace is a fantastic app for beginners and long time practitioners alike! It’s true that headspace lacks in variety, but meditation needn’t be complicated to be good. Webhello, i can definitely say that the headspace app is worth it. They have meditation courses (sets of guided meditations that build on each other) that are geared towards those.
