Recruiting Hell Reddit Immigrants
Webi recently landed a role after going through the recruiter hell. Webbeing stuck in recruiting hell especially sucks when you're the child of immigrants. Makes recruiters seem even more useless. Webi am a corporate recruiter and it is worth it to do both linkedin and indeed and splash in another job board once a week such as ziprecruiter or monster. It took me three months.
