Palladium Item Richmond Sales Are Attracting Collectors From Everywhere
Palladium decided to open a plant in Pont De Cheruy, France, to start producing footwear that was as hard wearing as their tires. In 1947 the legendary Pampa boot was born, and the functionality, comfort and durability were so outstanding that the French Foreign Legion adopted it for their use. The Palladium Pallabrouse, the Baggy, and the Pampa Hi are all moderately rugged, and they are single layer canvas construction, which is the best material and construction for you if you have to walk your boots dry on the regular.... The brand is Palladium. I'm reasonably certain the ones being peddled by US Cavalry & Brigade Quartermaster back in the day were knockoffs. I don't recall seeing actual Pampas until much later.
