FingerHut Credit Card Just now received email FingerHut credit card is moving from The WebBank to a different Bank UPDATE: I called FingerHut and cancelled my credit account with them. I know I'll be loosing $800 credit limit on this account. I do not want new account added to my credit report at this point. Fingerhut falsely reporting 30 days late and have proof otherwise My blood is boiling. I have an account with Fingerhut that I opened a year ago that is currently 74% paid off. I have my account set up on auto pay, so the payments are automatically debited from my checking account on the 9th of each month. The reason for the letter is because Fingerhut is scaling it's operations down. They're eliminating the option for purchases using the accounts mentioned in the letter. I want to know if has anyone had success removing Fingerhut? I tried disputes multiple times but the issue is it is accurate... They do not even offer pay-to-delete. What have you guys tried to remove Fingerhut from collections or remove the late payments? If you have less-than-stellar credit or no credit, you could have difficulty getting approved for a credit card.
