I'm not even sure what that 'certain' way is. But it gets me every time. As soon as I hear it, I have instant panic, my heart starts pounding, I start shaking, I feel dizzy, etc. and then it takes... I want feedback that will make me think or a suggestion of a coping process. I understand it's how some react and I'm not holding it against them. I'm not angry with the person saying it.
