About Us We’re Advocates, a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive services for people facing developmental, mental health, or other life challenges. Advocates Day & Employment Services are open to adults with developmental disabilities age 18 and older. Services may be funded by Massachusetts state agencies including the Department of Developmental Services, Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, MassHealth, and others.
